Valley of the Gods

My wife gave me a Photography trip to the Navajo Lands of Monument and Mystery Valley's. We visited this area in mid-May, and I thoroughly enjoyed taking photos of these majestic landscapes.

Moki Dugway
On the east end of Valley of the Gods lies the Moki Dugway. This steep, switchback dirt road was carved on the face of a butte in order to carry uranium from the mines on top to the refineries below near Mexican Hat, Utah. Driving this road was not for the faint of heart, but the views from the top were incredible.
