In June 2022, my wife had a conference in Cortez, Colorado. It was a good excuse for me to tag along. The history and architecture of this area is fascinating. To put things in perspective, this community was flourishing here in western Colorado at the same time the Magna Carta was written and the Tower of London was reaching completion. The masonry
and architecture of the cliff dwellings is just as precise as that of the Tower of London.
